To me, nothing says summer like a juicy homemade hamburger. The hubby and I attempted our 1st homemade burgers and I have to say - they were pretty outstanding!
Ingredients
1 lb 96/4 Ground Beef
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 serving of Egg Beaters
3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus
Directions
- Put cereal into food processor for a few seconds.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Separate mixture into 4 equal amounts.
- Roll into balls and flatten out to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Throw the patties on the grill and enjoy.
I paired the juicy patty with a Nature's Own Whole Wheat Sandwich Roll - only 130 calories per roll. We played a round of golf before dinner, so for a little extra treat - a serving of Oreida Steak Fries for 110 calories.
